Royal Outdoor Living is the #1 Trex Pro Platinum Installer in the Triangle and #2 Deckorators Installer in North Carolina. We design and build premium custom decks , screened porches , sunrooms , patios , and hardscapes for homeowners who expect the best – and we deliver it every time.

We are looking for an Outdoor Living Sales Consultant / Sales representative who wants to close high-quality outdoor living projects with the support of a proven, high-volume system.

$100,000+ OTE

On-target earnings range from $100,000+ with unlimited commission potential. We are happy with consistent six-figure performers. Top performers routinely more than double the OTE. Those not meeting expectations will receive coaching, action plans, and performance reviews with the goal of helping them succeed.

What You’ll Do

You will receive warm, pure Royal-branded company-generated leads only – high-intent prospects from our own marketing efforts with no third-party crowd-sourced lead platforms. You’ll meet homeowners on-site to design premium outdoor living solutions. As part of a North Carolina licensed general contractor with in-house technical experts, you’ll create accurate proposals and close multi-trade projects averaging $57k+. You’ll benefit from a streamlined sales process with higher close rates and a clear upgrade path to larger design-build opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven closer with experience in home improvement, construction, or outdoor living sales
• Strong outside sales or field sales background
• Ability to design on-site and confidently ask for the business
• Professional presence suited for high-end client interactions
• Strong work ethic and desire to earn significant income in high commission sales
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Fearless willingness to step outside your comfort zone and grow with a like-minded team
