Sales Specialist

Want a career where your effort directly shapes your earnings, your progression, and the lifestyle you build?

Barrington James is hiring Entry-Level Sales Consultants and we're looking for driven people who want more.

If that sounds like you, you'll thrive here.

We're a global Life Sciences recruitment business with over 200 employees across 10 international offices, and we want people who are ready to make their mark.

• $70K+ OTE in year one, with top performers hitting $150K+ by year two!
• Uncapped commission, up to 40% with no threshold to hit first
• Promotions based on performance, not how long you've been here
• Our Launch Academy, a structured onboarding and training programme designed to get you up to speed fast, with one-to-one coaching and development built in from day one
• International travel, relocation opportunities, and global incentives
• A sociable, high-energy team of people who actually want to win
• Holidays, rewards, and global trips for top performers
• Real variety, no two days are the same and your success is yours to own

• Building strong relationships with candidates and clients across Life Sciences
• Placing high-calibre professionals into exciting roles around the world
• Running the full recruitment process from start to finish
• Sharpening your communication, negotiation, and commercial skills
• Hitting targets and getting properly rewarded when you do

• Ambition, resilience, and a serious work ethic
• Confidence and a competitive streak in a target-driven environment
• Great communication skills and a genuine desire to succeed
• Sales experience is a bonus, but attitude will always matter more

If you want your earnings and progression to be driven by your effort, not your age or experience, we want to hear from you.
