Workout Anytime is hiring motivated Membership Sales Representatives for our Raleigh and Rolesville locations.

If you love the gym, enjoy talking to people, and want your performance to influence your income and advancement, this may be the opportunity you’ve been looking for.

This is not a passive front-desk position. You will connect with prospective members by phone, text, and in person; understand their goals; bring them into the gym; and help them make a decision that can genuinely improve their lives.

Unlike most gyms, we pay our sales representatives a guaranteed hourly base plus uncapped commissions and individual and team bonuses. The more value you create and the stronger you perform, the more you can earn.

Want to build a career in leadership? Every sales representative is evaluated for advancement during their first 90 days. Strong performers may advance into assistant management, club leadership, personal training, or multi-location roles as we expand.

What You’ll Do

• Contact and follow up with prospects by phone, text, and in person
• Create appointments through consistent outbound activity
• Give high-energy club tours and recommend the right membership
• Ask for the sale and follow up until prospects make a decision
• Maintain accurate lead records and meet activity and sales goals
• Help create an energetic, welcoming, results-focused gym

Previous fitness or sales experience is helpful but not required. Character, communication, consistency, initiative, and hunger matter more.
