In this role, you'll be the face of our brand — connecting with clients, sharing the value of our membership programs, and helping guests look and feel their best. • Actively promote and sell salon membership packages to new and existing clients
• Greet and engage walk-in guests, creating a welcoming and positive salon experience
• Educate clients on membership benefits, services, and pricing options
• Meet and exceed individual and team membership sales goals
• Handle client inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups with professionalism
• Maintain accurate client records and track membership enrollment activity
• Collaborate with salon staff to ensure a seamless client experience from entry to exit

• Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with people
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for hitting and exceeding sales targets
• Enthusiasm for the beauty and salon industry
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, client-facing environment

• Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system proficiency
