Greystar in Chapel Hill, NC, is seeking a part-time Leasing Agent to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal activities for The Hartley at Blue Hill, a 415-unit mid-rise community.
You will conduct tours, screen applicants, prepare leases, and support resident satisfaction while coordinating with maintenance and on-site teams; schedule is Mon-Fri with rotating weekends and up to 30 hours weekly.
