• Perform analyses of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using advanced analytical techniques.
• Design, execute, and document laboratory experiments to support research, development, and manufacturing projects.
• Develop and validate analytical test methods in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment such as HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV-Vis, and other analytical instruments.
• Interpret analytical data and provide clear, concise reports with recommendations for next steps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues, improve formulations, and enhance product performance.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, ISO, and safety protocols at all times.
• Participate in audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with analytical instrumentation and laboratory techniques.
• Strong knowledge of chemical principles, laboratory safety practices, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven problem-solving abilities with a high attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
