Strategic Initiatives Lead – Primary

Location:

Raleigh, North Carolina. V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Strategic Initiatives Lead for our premier client in Raleigh, North Carolina.

• Bachelor’s degree in health informatics, public health, policy, information systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-stakeholder health IT or policy projects from concept to launch.
• Knowledge of health information exchange, EHR integration, healthcare data standards, and privacy/security requirements.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and consensus-building skills.

• Onboarding Process Design:
  Create and launch a unified onboarding model that reduces connection time, establishes clear metrics, and integrates supporting technologies.
• State Health Plan Strategy:
  Initiate a joint HIEA–SHP data strategy and governance framework, expand provider connections, and set up early use cases (care management, population health, quality measurement).
• Enterprise Policy Support:
  Provide high-level policy analysis and strategic planning on other emerging priorities, ensuring smooth hand-off to permanent teams once direction is set.
• Coordinate cross-functional staff and external vendors, keeping stakeholders engaged and progress visible.
