Alternate Facility Security Officer; AFSO - TS​/SCI CI Polygraph Security Clearance

Position: Alternate Facility Security Officer (AFSO) - TS/SCI CI Polygraph with Security Clearance
Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an Alternate Facility Security Officer (AFSO) - TS/SCI CI Polygraph for a world leading technology firm located in the Raleigh, North Carolina area. The Alternate Facility Security Officer (AFSO) - TS/SCI CI Polygraph will assist in maintaining a security program that is continually compliant with all DSS mandates and would meet a satisfactory level of compliance at all times if DSS arrived in-house for unannounced Security Vulnerability Assessment.

Responsibilities for the Alternate Facility Security Officer (AFSO) - TS/SCI CI Polygraph include:
* Utilize knowledge of US Government classified contract requirements in relation to maintaining security programs
* Manage DISS, for new hires/terminations, SF86 e-QIP, Adverse Information, Visit Requests, and clearance eligibility verifications.
* Complete CDSE Insider Threat training and develops TEA Insider Threat Program in accordance with the DSS timeline.
* Maintain active ISFD account, verify FCL status of subcontractors, generate DD254's.
* Maintain current NISP program facility documentation (DD 441, SF 328).
* Maintain the current List of Classified Contracts and Associated Security Classification Guidance (DD254).
* Develop and maintain security education and training for cleared personnel Requirements for the Alternate Facility Security Officer (AFSO) - TS/SCI CI Polygraph include:
* ** Active TS/SCI CI Polygraph*
* * 2+ years of relevant experience as FSO or Assistant FSO with focus on developing training procedures in accordance with DSS mandates and maintaining continuing employee security education.
* NISPOM Chapter 5 experience
* Knowledge of US Government classified contract requirements.
* Must possess practical knowledge of and experience with DISS
* Strong interpersonal skills and organizational skills including attention to detail / ability to multi-task with accuracy Compensation of the Alternate Facility Security Officer (AFSO) - TS/SCI CI Polygraph includes: * $90,000 - $125,000 annually with Full Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law
