Maintenance Technician

• Trouble‑shoot service issues: HVAC, general appliances, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.
• Ensure inside and exterior of the property meet company standards and applicable laws.
• Respond to maintenance tickets and follow up with residents and office staff on work status.
• Work an on‑call rotation that requires night and weekend flexibility.

• Active and valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
• Live within a 30‑minute commute of the properties.
• HVAC/EPA/CFC Certification preferred.
• High school diploma or GED, one‑year related experience, or equivalent education and experience.

• Pay range: $18.00 – $20.50 per hour.
• Up to 50% rent discount.
• Property staff shared renewal commissions – paid monthly.
• $300 Morgan Essentials – paid quarterly.
• $15 per day for on‑call phone accompaniment.

Overall compensation will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience, which may result in total compensation outside of the listed range.
