Maintenance Technician
Join Morgan Properties as a Maintenance Technician and bring your hands‑on problem‑solving skills to our communities.
Responsibilities- Trouble‑shoot service issues: HVAC, general appliances, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.
- Ensure inside and exterior of the property meet company standards and applicable laws.
- Respond to maintenance tickets and follow up with residents and office staff on work status.
- Work an on‑call rotation that requires night and weekend flexibility.
- Active and valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
- Live within a 30‑minute commute of the properties.
- HVAC/EPA/CFC Certification preferred.
- High school diploma or GED, one‑year related experience, or equivalent education and experience.
- Pay range: $18.00 – $20.50 per hour.
- Up to 50% rent discount.
- Property staff shared renewal commissions – paid monthly.
- $300 Morgan Essentials – paid quarterly.
- $15 per day for on‑call phone accompaniment.
