Pool Service Technician

The Service Technician is responsible for addressing all service and maintenance related customer problems and needs related to their pool, including cleaning and chemical balancing, minor repairs and the ongoing maintenance and repair of pool equipment and accessories.

• As a Service Technician, you're at the forefront of providing repeat service to our customers.

• Chemistry Guru: Travel from pool to pool, transporting and delivering pool chemicals (including but not limited to chlorine, algaecides, pH balancers, muriatic acid) performing advanced chemistry and testing of water, adding chemicals to pools, and skimming and vacuuming pools to be picture-perfect.
• Diagnostic Expert: Learn to diagnose, repair, and replace swimming pool equipment.
• Sales Performer: Utilize advanced selling with equipment upgrades, chemicals and any other background products. Techs will be trained to be knowledgeable and comfortable talking about any equipment or pool-related maintenance service that we sell.
• Documentation Pro: Log all pool services performed at each pool to notify customers their services have been completed
• Team Collaborator: Communicate with construction and warranty divisions when needed by giving recommendations regarding customer claims.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma/GED or equivalent preferred
• 1-3 years technical or customer service experience
• Exceptional customer service skills, with strong verbal and written communication and telephone etiquette.
• Safety savvy and a commitment to following protocols.
• A valid driver's license because we're giving you a company vehicle!
