New eligible technician employees will receive a sign‑on bonus up to $10,000 based on skill level.

• All routine maintenance for all makes and models, including fluid flushes
• Mount and balance all types of tires
• All suspension repairs and/or alignments
• Brake pads/shoe replacement and rotor machining

• Minimum of 3+ years of lube maintenance;
  Lincoln/Ford experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to undergo background requirements
