• Responsible for operating heavy equipment and trucks, setting up equipment for auction in yards, and helping customers during and after auctions.

• Operate all types of heavy equipment and trucks.
• Help set up equipment in the yard for auctions.
• Assist customers in loading their equipment purchases and answer their questions related to the yard.
• Actively support RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety: to send everyone home, every day, by taking personal responsibility for safety for yourself, your team, co‑workers and customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Experience operating heavy machinery.
• Ability to operate a large 36,000‑lb forklift is an asset.
• Good spoken and written English required.
• Good computer skills and ability to learn new programs quickly.
• Track record of working safely and helping others work safely.
• Ability to relate well with customers and team members.
• Enjoys working in a team, helping out wherever needed; can also self‑start and work independently.
• Organized and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High level of attention to detail.
