We are looking for a Service Electrician to handle a variety of residential electrical tasks. In this role, you will troubleshoot, install, and repair electrical systems while ensuring compliance with safety standards and codes. You will diagnose issues, perform necessary repairs or replacements, and communicate effectively with homeowners to explain problems and solutions. Strong technical expertise, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service are key to succeeding in this position.

• Perform residential service work by diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical systems, identifying issues, and executing repairs to restore functionality.
• Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, including wiring, outlets, switches, and circuit breakers.
• Effectively communicate with customers to explain electrical problems, present repair or replacement options, and provide clear recommendations.
• Handle physical demands of the job such as pushing, pulling, climbing ladders, crawling into tight spaces, and lifting heavy objects safely.
• Perform basic wiring tasks, including installing disconnects, whips, branch circuits, breakers, and other electrical accessories.
• Utilize thorough knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials commonly used in the electrical trade and maintain them properly.
• Apply knowledge of electrical codes and regulations to ensure all work is compliant with local, state, and national standards, maintaining safety on the job site.
• Additional duties as assigned.

• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills to address and resolve electrical issues.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Over 2 years of electrical experience, preferably residential.
• ability to lift up to 50 lbs (regular) and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
