At Pest USA, leaders in pest and termite control since 1971, we are expanding into new markets and looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Route Technicians. In this role, you will spend your days in the field, solving problems, protecting homes and businesses, and delivering the top‑notch service our customers rely on.

• Self‑manage and organize daily schedule, vehicle, and equipment.
• Inspect homes, attic and crawl spaces, crawl, climb, and evaluate hard‑to‑reach areas.
• Perform routine pest control and termite services, including locating, evaluating, and scanning bait stations, measuring property dimensions, and logging all products used on‑site.
• Operate equipment safely and responsibly, ensuring all services meet company standards and customer contracts.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and compliance for inspections, and keep tools and equipment in good condition.
• Identify additional service needs, provide quotes, and recommend solutions to increase earnings through incentives.

• Minimum age 21 with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to spend extended periods on your feet, crawling, climbing, and inspecting high or narrow spaces.
• Previous pest or termite control experience is a plus, but we will train and certify you within 30 days if you are driven, dependable, and eager to learn.

Location:

Raleigh, NC – Salary: $70,000.00‑$86,000.00.
