*** Demonstrated experience in maintenance and repair of buildings (interior and exterior), structures, equipment and/or watercraft.
* Demonstrated experience in equipment uses and preventative maintenance, safety, and care.
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience in skilled and semiskilled tasks such as carpentry, electrical, HVAC and plumbing.
* Licensure or certification in at least one of the following: carpentry, electrical, HVAC or plumbing.
* Prior groundskeeping or custodial experience.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Must be available to work the schedule of Tuesday - Saturday 7:30 a.m.

- 4:00 p.m. and occasional holidays, weekends, and evenings as required.
* Must have a valid driver’s license issued from within the United States or be able to obtain one within
** 90 days
** of employment.
* Must have the ability to perform strenuous physical work to move relatively heavy objects and to work at heavy manual tasks for considerable periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.
* Must be able to work inside and outside in various environmental conditions with or without reasonable accommodation.
