• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA Certification and knowledge of superheat & subcooling.
• Ability to diagnose and make repair/replace decisions.
• Ability to acquire a mechanical license within 2 years of employment.
• Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices.
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for quality work.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
