Irrigation Service Technician

Garvey Rain Company is looking for a customer service representative to join our team in Raleigh. As an Irrigation Service Technician you will meet with customers on site and provide necessary maintenance or troubleshoot and repair any problems with the irrigation system. Listening to the customers requests and providing solutions is our goal. Experience in Irrigation is desired and will benefit your employment, but we are willing to train those individuals who can excel at Customer Service.

• Meet with customers and address customer questions, requests, and issues.
• Maintain the Service Van:
  • Stock material and tools needed for service calls.
  • Make sure Van is clean and running properly. Drive with care and courtesy.
  • Record all Material used and amount of Labor to complete each call.
• Maintain working product knowledge – We will provide educational opportunities along with on the job training.
• Maintain professionalism:
  • Clean and Neat Appearance.
  • Courteous interaction with customers, vendors, and teammates.
  • Doing the job right.

• 1-2 years proven experience in supporting client success.
• Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude.
• Passion for delighting customers with above and beyond service.
• Time-management and prioritization skills - Will help with these skills.
