Unison Residential Exterior Cleaning Technician
Unison (a division of Southern Outdoor Restoration) – Raleigh, NC
Full-time | Monday–Friday | Pay: $1,038 per week

Unison is SOR’s residential services division, designed for efficiency, professionalism, and excellent homeowner experience. We deliver high-quality gutter cleaning, soft washing, pressure washing, and seasonal services across partner communities.

This role is a hands‑on independent residential service position. Generally, you will work alone and be the face of our brand, executing exterior cleaning services to a high level that will delight our customers. You will independently manage your assigned truck and equipment, communicate with homeowners when needed, and support training and service consistency for the division. Ideal candidates are reliable, mechanically capable, and able to work independently in the field while maintaining customer professionalism.

The role requires experience as a lead technician or sole field technician with both the soft skills and the technical ability to perform excellent work.

• Complete assigned residential services with accuracy, care, and efficiency
• Follow safety protocols and Unison service standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked service truck each day
• Document jobs in company apps with photos, notes, and required details
• Perform daily equipment checks and basic troubleshooting
• Coordinate maintenance or repairs with management
• Help maintain inventory accuracy and readiness
• Assist in training new or floating technicians on safety, steps, and service quality
• Provide real-time coaching during jobs
• Support service consistency across neighborhoods and partner communities
• Communicate professionally when interacting with homeowners
• Provide clear, respectful explanations of work performed when needed
• Represent Unison’s standards of transparency and care
• Follow SOR and Unison safety rules, handbook policies, and operational procedures
• Contribute to a culture of reliability, continuous improvement, and accountability

• Monday–Friday availability, arriving reliably each day with strict adherence to punctuality
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record (2+ years of experience with minimal safety infractions)
• Ability to work outdoors in all typical weather
• Ability to lift/pull up to 75 lbs and work at heights within fall‑protection limits
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment
• Ability to follow written and verbal safety instructions in English
• Strong communication and professionalism
• Residential or exterior service experience preferred
• Certifications such as pesticide applicator license are a plus, not required

• Daily reporting location: 1240 Kirkland Road, Raleigh, NC
• Field‑based role serving residential neighborhoods within our partner communities
• Standard hours: 7:30 AM start, paid lunch and break periods
