We are seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installation Technician to lead replacement and new system installation projects across both residential and commercial properties in the Triangle area. • Installation Leadership:
  Serve as the primary crew leader for residential and commercial HVAC system replacements, changeouts, and new system installations.
• Crew Supervision:
  Direct, mentor, and work alongside installation assistants on job sites to ensure high-quality craftsmanship, efficiency, and safety compliance.
• Technical Execution:
  Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and job specs to install ductwork, equipment, refrigerant lines, and control wiring accurately.
• Customer & Site Interaction:
  Communicate professionally with homeowners, general contractors, and project managers to review job details and answer questions.
• Quality Assurance:
  Perform final quality inspections, system start-ups, and operational testing to ensure complete client satisfaction.

• Experience:
  
  4+ years of hands‑on HVAC installation experience (residential and commercial experience required).
• Schedule:
  
  Ability to work Monday – Friday starting at 7:30 AM.
• Leadership:
  Proven ability to manage job sites, lead installers, and maintain high standards of quality.
• Certifications:
  
  Universal EPA Certification required.
• Technical Proficiency:
  Strong mechanical aptitude, ductwork expertise, and comfort reading blueprints/schematics.
• Requirements:
  Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
