HVAC Construction Lead Mechanic

Hourly wage $30 to $35 per hour depending on experience

• Install mechanical and electrical equipment for heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• Maintain the highest safety standards on job sites.
• Meet company productivity goals while ensuring top-quality workmanship.
• Think creatively to improve service and customer experience.
• Manage truck inventory, tools, and equipment; keep work spaces organized.
• Collaborate with other trades, field support, and office staff to ensure seamless job completion.
• Mentor, train, and supervise junior mechanics and helpers.
• Participate in pre-job, progress, and post-job meetings.
• Perform inspections, coordinate with inspectors, and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accountability for work performed and foster team productivity.

• Be highly organized with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and pass a pre-employment background check.
• Have a working knowledge of electrical, architectural, and plumbing systems.
• Participate in on-the-job and classroom training for ongoing professional development.
