What You’ll Do
- Service & Maintenance: Diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-system issues efficiently.
- Customer Service: Clearly explain equipment conditions and recommended repairs to clients in a professional, easy-to-understand manner.
- Documentation & Safety: Complete accurate service records while keeping tools, equipment, and work areas organized and safe.
- Teamwork: Collaborate closely with the office staff and fellow technicians to deliver dependable service.
- Experience: 3–5 years of commercial HVAC experience. Commercial refrigeration experience is preferred (will train the right candidate).
- Certifications: EPA Certification required.
- Technical
Skills:
Strong troubleshooting capabilities with the ability to work independently. - Soft Skills: Excellent professional communication and customer-service skills.
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
