Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration Service Technician

6 & Fix is looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration Technician to service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial equipment throughout the Raleigh-Durham area. We are a family-run, locally owned and operated company dedicated to providing a friendly, team-oriented work environment where our technicians can thrive and grow.

• Service & Maintenance:
  Diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Troubleshooting:
  Identify and resolve electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-system issues efficiently.
• Customer Service:
  Clearly explain equipment conditions and recommended repairs to clients in a professional, easy-to-understand manner.
• Documentation & Safety:
  Complete accurate service records while keeping tools, equipment, and work areas organized and safe.
• Teamwork:
  Collaborate closely with the office staff and fellow technicians to deliver dependable service.

• Experience:
  
  3-5 years of commercial HVAC experience. Commercial refrigeration experience is preferred (will train the right candidate).
• Certifications:
  
  EPA Certification required.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Strong troubleshooting capabilities with the ability to work independently.
• Soft Skills:
  
  Excellent professional communication and customer-service skills.
• Requirements:
  Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
