HVAC Maintenance Technician ResponsibilitiesPerform routine residential HVAC maintenance and tune-ups
Assist with basic diagnostics under the guidance of senior technicians
Complete maintenance checklists and service documentation accurately
Communicate professionally with customers regarding system condition
Maintain company tools, vehicle, and equipment
Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times
Perform other duties as assigned
QualificationsHVAC Maintenance Technician RequirementsEntry-level position
- At least 1yrof HVAC experience required
High School diploma or GED required
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends
Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for dispatching and GPS
Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments
