Location: Charlotte, Raleigh, Wilmington, NC, and assigned project locations
Pay: $25–$30 per hour, based on relevant experience and skills
Job Type: Full-time with frequent overtime opportunities

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrical Foreman with experience in multi-family housing and light commercial construction for our projects in North Carolina
. The ideal candidate will be proficient in reading and interpreting electrical plans and capable of managing a variety of job site responsibilities. This role requires strong technical knowledge, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with contractors and team members.

• Perform a wide range of electrical tasks in new construction environments
• Read and interpret electrical plans, blueprints, and specifications
• Coordinate site work with electrical contractors and other trades
• Manage material deliveries and maintain inventory control
• Install and maintain temporary power systems
• Troubleshoot electrical circuits and resolve issues efficiently
• Ensure all work complies with the current adopted version of the NEC

• This position requires travel. The company will cover eligible travel expenses, including transportation, lodging, and meals, in accordance with company policy.
• Frequent overtime opportunities
• Proven experience in multi-family and/or light commercial construction
• Strong ability to read and interpret electrical plans
• Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Excel
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards

The pay for this opportunity can vary and may range anywhere from $25 to $30 per hour. The base compensation rate will vary based on education, experience, skills, and geographic location, as applicable.
