LOCATION

NOTE:

This is an on-site position in the cities below, with local travel required. Relocation support is provided.
If helping families embrace a fundamentally new approach to education resonates with you, this role places you at the center of that transformation.
Alpha operates differently from conventional schools. Students complete their core academic work in only two hours per day through AI-driven applications. The remainder of the day is dedicated to real-world competencies—public speaking, critical reasoning, collaborative challenges, and meaningful projects. No traditional lectures. No filler assignments. Just accelerated mastery and performance in the top 1% nationally. This approach requires a unique form of parent collaboration—which is where your expertise becomes essential.
You will represent your campus, spearheading efforts to expand enrollment, establish trust, and cultivate advocacy. You'll deliver compelling information sessions, develop strong community connections, and turn curiosity into waitlist growth. Your responsibilities extend beyond recruitment. You'll serve as the primary resource for families throughout their time at Alpha—resolving questions, fostering loyalty, and transforming parents into vocal supporters of the model.
This is a role defined by trust and autonomy, with measurable impact. You'll be stationed at one campus, present on-site regularly, and accountable for tangible results—not simply executing a predetermined plan. If you recognize that traditional schooling is falling short—and believe a superior alternative exists—this is your opportunity to demonstrate it.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Delivering persuasive information sessions and individualized discussions that turn interested families into dedicated advocates
  • Acting as the principal contact for parents—addressing concerns, increasing satisfaction, and ensuring every family receives attentive support once enrolled at Alpha
  • Establishing visibility and credibility through consistent on-site engagement, local alliances, and intentional community outreach
  • Mobilizing parent advocates to drive referrals and expand community influence
What You Won’t Be Doing
  • Using formulaic sales scripts or impersonal communication methods
  • Handing off relationship development to campus personnel or adopting a passive stance
  • Allowing formalized parent groups to compromise or weaken Alpha’s educational approach
  • Operating remotely or administratively—this role is immersed in the parent and community experience
