Speechify operates in a 100% distributed setting with a global team of frontend and backend engineers, AI research scientists, and other professionals.

• Lead key engineering and product decisions
• Actively shipping production code for the Speechify iOS app
• Work within a dedicated product team
• Participate in product discussions to shape the product roadmap
• Maintain and enhance the existing complex app architecture

• Experience on products that scaled to a large user base
• Track record of working on products from inception to traction and being responsible for engineering the product
• Customer obsession and a commitment to providing the best possible experience
• Product thinking and ability to support internal teams and designers in making the right direction decisions
• Speed and focus with the ability to ship ideas quickly while knowing what can ship now
• Technical skills in Swift and SwiftUI

• Swift Programming Language
• Swift
  
  UI experience
• Experience in multithreading programming
• Working with CI/CD infrastructure
• Experience with Fastlane
• SOLID principles and writing classes accordingly
• Experience with Git and understanding of different Git strategies

• United States base salary range for this full-time position is $140,000-$200,000 + bonus + equity depending on experience
