Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Raleigh, NC
. You will design and develop interactive user interfaces using JavaFX or Swing and integrate front-end components with REST APIs and Spring-based backends.

Pay Details: $42/hour to $45/hour (rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors).

• Design and develop interactive user interfaces using Java UI frameworks such as JavaFX, Swing, or Vaadin.
• Build and maintain front-end components using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern libraries like React or Angular.
• Integrate UI components with backend services using Spring Framework, REST APIs, and MVC architecture.
• Collaborate in an Agile environment with developers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Ensure code quality and maintainability by using build tools (Maven, Gradle), version control (Git), and writing unit tests.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure a seamless user experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Java-based UI development.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java and Java UI frameworks such as JavaFX, Swing, or Vaadin.
• Hands-on experience with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and modern libraries like React or Angular, along with Spring Framework and REST API integration.
