Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a TIBCO Developer to join their team. As a TIBCO Developer, you will be part of the Integration Support Department supporting enterprise integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Design, develop, and support enterprise integration solutions using TIBCO BW 6.x/10.x and TIBCO EMS. Create and maintain APIs utilizing platforms such as Layer7 or Apigee to ensure seamless system communication. Analyze business requirements, perform impact assessments, and translate them into technical specifications. Troubleshoot production issues and implement application enhancements to improve system performance. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and operations teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in software development or related field. At least 4 years of hands-on experience with TIBCO BW (6.x/10.x) and TIBCO EMS. Proficiency in API Gateway technologies such as Layer7 or Apigee.

Experience with REST/SOAP services, XML/XSD, JSON, Git, Jenkins, Azure Dev Ops, and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of OAuth 2.0 and mTLS security protocols to ensure secure integrations.
