The Senior Salesforce Developer will support the continued growth of the Customer Success Experience (CSX) initiative by designing, developing, and enhancing Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities across multiple enterprise initiatives. The role will focus primarily on Service Cloud development while also supporting Sales Cloud functionality, integrations, automation, and emerging technologies such as Agentforce and Data Cloud. The developer will collaborate with architects, business analysts, and quality engineers throughout the development lifecycle and contribute to code reviews, testing, deployments, and production support while following Salesforce development best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud functionality and enterprise solutions.
- Build scalable Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and custom Salesforce solutions.
- Develop and support APIs and integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems.
- Configure Salesforce functionality according to business and technical requirements.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and quality engineers throughout the development lifecycle.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and production releases.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support remediation and resolution activities.
- Contribute to multiple Salesforce initiatives while maintaining development standards and best practices.
- Deliver high-quality, scalable solutions aligned with Salesforce architecture and development best practices.
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce configuration.
- Experience developing APIs and system integrations.
- Experience working within Agile software development environments.
- Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Salesforce Agentforce.
- Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud; the role is approximately 80% Service Cloud and 20% Sales Cloud.
- Experience building AI-enabled or automation-focused Salesforce solutions.
