  • Development of data dictionaries
• Specification of requirements, including development of software requirements specification
• Validation of requirements

Oracle relational database skills and experience

• Relational database design and development in an Oracle environment, preferably with Oracle 11g
• PL/SQL, preferably Oracle 11g, with experience in design, development, and implementation of stored procedures, packages and triggers
• Expertise in design, development and implementation of SQL queries
• Knowledge, skills, and experience with scripting to create and maintain Oracle database objects (tables, views, materialized views, indexes, types, etc.)
• Knowledge, skills, and experience in design, development, and implementation of Oracle databases for use with .NET applications
• Knowledge, skills, and experience with TOAD (Tool for Oracle Application Developers)

Microsoft ASP.NET development skills and experience

• Knowledge, skill, and experience with object-oriented design and development in the Microsoft .NET environment
• Knowledge, skill, and experience with Microsoft Visual Studio
