As an AI & Process Automation Developer, you'll help turn business needs into secure, reliable automation and AI solutions that reduce manual effort and improve how work gets done.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving real business problems, building practical technology, and learning alongside experienced developers, architects, and business partners.

What you'll do

In this role, you'll help design, build, test, deploy, and support enterprise automation and AI solutions. Your work may include robotic process automation, workflow automation, system integrations, intelligent document processing, and conversational AI.

Day to day, you'll:

  • Connect solutions with enterprise applications through REST APIs, SOAP services, SQL databases, message queues, and enterprise connectors.
  • Test, document, deploy, troubleshoot, and support solutions across development, testing, and production environments.

You’ll also partner with developers, architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements, assess automation opportunities, and deliver solutions that are secure, scalable, and maintainable.

What you bring

We're looking for a hands-on developer who combines solid programming and integration experience with a practical understanding of AI and automation. You can move an idea from requirements through testing and support while asking thoughtful questions and working well with both technical and business partners.

This role is a great fit if you have:

  • 3+ years of experience with Python, Java, React JavaScript, Node.js, or similar programming languages.
Required Skills:
  • Develop, test, deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain automation solutions using reusable components and established development practices.
  • Build and support integrations using APIs, databases, services, and enterprise connectors.
