Experience: 9–15 years overall in application development, with strong hands-on experience building applications on Power Apps and Power Pages, deep Dataverse knowledge and solid front-end web development skills

Avanade India’s Business Applications practice is looking for a Power Apps Technical Lead to own the technical design and build of applications on the Microsoft Power Platform — with Power Pages and Dataverse at the centre of the role. This is a hands-on lead position: you will set the technical direction, make the design calls, write the harder parts of the code yourself, and lead a team of developers through delivery.

As a Power Platform Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing solutions leveraging the Power Platform applications and services. Your day-to-day activities will include designing, developing, and deploying applications that meet client needs while collaborating closely with multiple teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, managing and guiding the team to perform effectively, making key decisions, and providing solutions to challenges both within your immediate team and across multiple teams.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power Applications Canvas Applications and copilot studio agents is required. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate Cloud Flows is recommended. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps, and Microsoft Power Applications Model-Driven Applications is suggested.

Drive the design and development of scalable and efficient Power Platform solutions that align with project goals and client requirements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and actionable plans.

Support and mentor team members by sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative environment to enhance overall team performance.

Analyze complex problems and provide innovative solutions that improve processes and application functionality.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize workflows and enhance user experience.

Design and implement Power Apps Canvas Apps, Design and Implement Power Automate workflows. Integrating AI agents/Copilot capabilities with Canvas Apps and related Microsoft Power Platform solutions

• 9–15 years of overall application development experience, with substantial recent delivery on the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong hands-on experience building applications with Power Apps — model-driven and/or canvas — taken through to production.
• Deep, demonstrable Power Pages (or Power Apps Portals) experience: web templates, Liquid, forms and lists, table and page permissions, web roles, authentication and external-facing site delivery.
• Deep Dataverse expertise: data modelling, relationships, business rules, and a genuine command of the security model — roles, teams, business units, and row- and column-level security.
