What You'll DoDrive enablement of MCP Tools and AI Agents, focusing on the development and management of applications using Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
Develop sophisticated AI Agents with comprehensive security and semantic protocols.

Deliver secure, scalable, high performing, AI Native solutions across complex enterprise ecosystems

Implement sophisticated agentic frameworks (Lang Graph, Lang Chain) to enable robust business capabilities

Develop scalable, AI driven Test Automation frameworks using tools like Playwright, Selenium, Cypress or Ui Path Solve  sophisticated production issues for root cause analysis and implement fixes

Exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Minimum Qualifications

Education:

A bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of related experience or a master's degree with 3 years of related experience.

Gen AI/Agentic AI experience is a must Programming:
Strong skills in Java, Python or other mainstream programming languages, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and framework for building scalable and Distributed systems.

Architecture:
Microservices, RESTful services, API management, Apache Kafka.

Databases:
Demonstrated experience in relational, in-memory and No

SQL databases (Oracle, MongoDB, Snowflake)
AI/ML:
Agentic AI, RAG, Vector Databases, Prompt Engineering, LLM integration, IDE (Copilot, Cursor etc.)Good understanding of Agile and Dev Ops practices and toolsetsA demonstrated ability to drive customer engagement and foster a collaborative environment

Ability to manage ambiguity, coupled with strong analytical thinking and an innovative approach

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with cloud services such as Oracle Cloud, GCP, AWS or Azure.

Experience in Test Automation using tools like Play Wright, Selenium, Cypress or UiPath.

Certifications in Java, DB, Cloud, AWS and AI/MLSupply Chain demonstrated ability is a plus.
