Java Developer

• 2 years or more experience with Java/J2EE development, enterprise applications, and application maintenance
• Proficiency in XML, XSD, XSLT, XSL-FO, and Java-based document processing
• Experience with Oracle, SQL scripting, stored procedures, relational databases, and data validation
• Experience with JUnit, JMockit, unit testing, Eclipse, version control, and code review practices
• Experience with Apache FOP, Oracle Utilities, Altova XML tools, Agile methodologies, and UNIX
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Develop and enhance Java components, application modules, forms, reports, and document-generation functionality
• Build XML/XSL-based notices, templates, forms, transformations, and system-generated documents
• Create SQL queries, scripts, and stored procedures for application processing, reporting, and data validation
• Perform unit testing, peer code reviews, troubleshooting, and defect resolution across application components
• Design UML models and XML configurations to support application enhancements and technical solutions
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, and QA teams to deliver maintainable solutions aligned with business rules
