Soccer Shots is the best-in‑class children’s soccer program with a focus on character development, for ages 2‑8. We also look to develop motor skills and teamwork through sports. Our goal is simple: leave a lasting, positive impact on every child (whom we refer to as friends) we serve. We want Soccer Shots to be the BEST 30‑45 minutes of each friend’s week.

Making a Difference - Our caring team of coaches are dedicated to positively impacting children's lives on and off the field. We strive to educate young friends about what it means to be a good person – and a good soccer player!

Coaches are compensated based upon the number of sessions coached. Session rates start at $18 per 30‑minute session. Once you have passed training, you will have the opportunity to grow from $18 to $20 per session within your first year of coaching.

Soccer Shots is a national program with over 170 territories across 34 states. Get your foot in the door with us, and see where it may take you!

We work together to build a schedule that fits your needs. Once your schedule is set, you have the opportunity to build and maintain relationships for the entire season.

Work Hard, Play Hard - Quarterly team meetings to refresh on any changes in the company, along with monthly team gatherings allow Soccer Shots RDU to become more than just a place to work – we become a family.

Path to $20 - Our Path to $20 outlines a clear and achievable way for new coaches to progress from $18 to $20 per session within their first year, supported through ongoing evaluations and training.

Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle

Experience in early education development preferred, but not required

Sports (soccer) experience preferred, but not required

CPR and First Aid Certification (to be completed upon hire)

TB test (to be completed upon hire)

Completion of Recognizing Child Abuse & Neglect & Mandated Reporter training video (to be completed upon hire)
