Evening Leader on Duty – Driver (RDU Station | 6PM–CL, 5 Days/Week, Including Weekends)

Sky Hop Global is looking for a Leader on Duty to oversee evening operations and drive at our Raleigh-Durham station. This role combines leadership, hands-on driving, and operational support in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

• Lead the Evening Team: Supervise and support drivers during the 6PM-CL shift to ensure safe, on-time, and professional service.
• Drive When Needed: Step in as a driver to cover routes and maintain smooth operations.
• Coach & Support: Provide feedback, encourage teamwork, and help drivers meet service standards.
• Ensure Safety & Compliance: Conduct safety checks, support vehicle inspections, and promote a safety-first culture.
• Assist Station Operations: Work with the Station Manager on scheduling, training, and keeping paperwork up-to-date.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required).
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, hands-on attitude.
• Reliability – must be available evenings (6PM–CL), 5 days a week including Weekends.

• Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour plus daily cash tips (earning potential up to $25/hour).
