The warehouse clerk’s role is to handle Pine’s incoming and outgoing rental equipment and to manage the company’s stock, via allocations and system updates. Other duties include keeping reports about shipments and inventory levels, putting labels on goods, and maintaining the warehouse area.
Primary Responsibilities- Proactively communicate order status, delays and equipment substitutions to customers
- Lead the investigation and resolution process for damaged returned equipment
- Point of contact for Drivers returning with equipment
- Support Operations team to check and confirm equipment orders are complete and ready for delivery or shipment
- Assist in locating equipment and shipping logistics
- Support shipping/receiving when needed
- Resolve internal and external customer problems
- Other duties, as assigned
- Ability to think analytically with a focus on problem troubleshooting
- Organize and clean shipping & receiving area and warehouse
- Maintain accurate labeling of equipment
- Fill orders or issue supplies from stock
- Check physical condition of supplies/inventory
- Count materials, documents and other items
- Record numbers, codes or other information
- May use technology (PCs, scanners, etc.) to complete job tasks
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent work experience preferred

This position is 10% sedentary and 90% active and may include activities such as sitting, walking, standing, bending, stretching, climbing (ladder) for long periods throughout the course of the workday. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. assisted or unassisted and may require the ability to drive a Pine vehicle. May be required to work outside normal business hours including mornings and evenings.
