Position: Adult Reconstructive Orthopedic Surgeon – Total Joint / Anterior Hip Approach

A leading private orthopedicand neurosurgical practice in Omaha, Nebraska is seeking a fellowship-trained

Adult Reconstructive Orthopedic Surgeon with expertise in total jointprocedures, particularly the anterior hip approach, to join our expanding team.

Our multidisciplinary group specializes in orthopedic surgery, neurosurgery,and orthopedic spine care, serving a growing patient base with the highest level of musculoskeletal care.

Position Highlights:

  • High Demand for Anterior Hip:
    Join a well-established and respected practice with immediate demand foranterior hip replacements. No current surgeons in the group are performing this approach, providing a unique opportunity to build a high-volume practicequickly.
  • Collaborative Environment:

    Work alongside a team of board-certified orthopedic surgeons, neurosurgeons,spine specialists, and experienced advanced practice providers in a collegial,patient-centered setting.
  • Compensation:
    First-yearguaranteed salary based on MGMA benchmarks, transitioning to a directbilling/physician fee model with potential to earn $1M+ annually.

    Potential for investment in the clinic, local physician-owned surgicalhospital, and associated real estate assets.

Requirements:

  • Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
  • Completion of an accreditedorthopedic surgery residency
  • Completion of a fellowshipin Adult Reconstruction/Total Joint Surgery
  • Proficiency in the anteriorapproach to hip replacement
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
  • Eligible for a Nebraskamedical license
  • Strong interpersonal,communication, and clinical skills
  • Team-oriented with acommitment to delivering high-quality patient care
