Pool Technician - Senior at Platinum Pool Service

We’re looking for a skilled, reliable, and professional Pool Technician‑Senior to join our team. You’ll perform hands‑on pool maintenance, equipment diagnostics, minor repairs, and, most importantly, deliver excellent service with a smile. We offer our experienced Pool Technicians a competitive pay of $25‑$33/hour based on experience. We also offer paid vacation, paid holidays, and a Simple IRA plan with a company match, training, certifications and room to grow.

The schedule is Monday‑Friday, with occasional Saturdays during peak season.

• Clean and maintain residential & commercial pools (skimming, vacuuming, brushing, etc.)
• Test and balance water chemistry
• Inspect and troubleshoot pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems
• Repair and install pool equipment
• Communicate clearly with customers and explain any issues or repairs
• Document service visits and keep accurate records
• Keep company vehicle clean, stocked, and ready to go
• Serve as a mentor and technical expert for other team members

• 3+ years experience in pool maintenance
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in all weather
• Valid driver’s license

• Pool industry certifications (CPO, CST, etc.)
• Familiarity with pool automation systems
• Strong mechanical or electrical troubleshooting skills
