Role: Warehouse Delivery Driver responsible for safely transporting glass products to designated locations, ensuring accurate deliveries and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities Include
- Operating a 16 to 20-foot straight truck in compliance with safety and PPE requirements.
- Performing pre-trip safety inspections and reporting maintenance needs.
- Loading, securing, and unloading inventory accurately, verifying labels, and managing returns.
- Maintaining inventory accuracy by identifying discrepancies or damages.
- Potentially handling inbound/outbound activities with material handling equipment like forklifts.
- Adhering to safety protocols and fulfilling additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Record.
- Ability to perform physical tasks involving objects up to 50 pounds and operate equipment weighing under 300 pounds.
- Comfortable working in various environmental conditions and remaining stationary for long periods.
- Self-motivated, punctual, with a positive attitude and focus on service excellence.
