Bunker Lake Kinder Care, part of Kinder Care Learning Companies, is seeking dedicated teachers to join our early childhood education team. Accepted candidates will support children’s learning and development daily, while collaborating with a supportive village of educators and staff.

• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.

• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Meet state‑specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Capable of adopting low‑level postures for close contact with children, with sufficient vision and hearing to keep children safe.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.

Hourly Rate: $15.10 – $15.10. In Minnesota, an additional $3.00 per hour premium is provided for classroom hours through the Minnesota Great Start Grant Compensation Support Program.
