Are you a Quality Engineer looking to have real ownership over product quality and drive continuous improvement in a modern manufacturing environment?

This is a high-visibility role within a growing industrial manufacturing environment, where quality plays a critical role in performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction. You'll work cross-functionally with operations, engineering, supply chain, and production.

Now is an excellent time to join as the business continues to invest in lean manufacturing, process improvement, and operational excellence. You'll be empowered to implement improvements, reduce rework, and raise quality standards across the facility.

You will be responsible for owning end-to-end product quality, driving continuous improvement initiatives, leading corrective action efforts, partnering closely with manufacturing and engineering teams to resolve quality issues, managing supplier quality, and supporting customer-facing quality resolution when required.

This role would suit a detail-oriented Quality Engineer who enjoys problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and making measurable improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The Role:
  • Drive continuous improvement to reduce defects and rework
  • Lead corrective action analysis using audits, data, and reports
  • Partner with production, supply chain, and engineering teams
The Candidate:
  • Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles
  • Working knowledge of ISO standards
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
