Caregiver / Direct Support Professional

Starting wage $18-$19hr
If you are someone who would like to help support individuals with disabilities, the elderly or children, we want to hear from you! We are looking for caregivers who will take pride in providing exceptional support to our clients with their daily activities.
In this caregiver role, you will focus on assisting clients in achieving their daily routine goals.
No physical personal care (toileting, bathing or administering medication) is involved.
- Support daily routines and structure
- Spend meaningful time with individuals
- Help with community outings/activities (as authorized)
- Encourage independence and confidence
- Be a calm, reliable presence
This is not rushed, task-heavy work. It’s relationship-based support.

Who We’re Looking For- 18+ and a U.S. citizen
- Valid driver’s license
- At least 1 year of caregiving experience
- Able to complete onboarding and training
- Comfortable with basic documentation and time tracking
- Willing to follow DHS policies and requirements
