Quality Inspector

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will play a key part in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards. You’ll work in a clean, climate-controlled environment with full training, support, and the tools you need to succeed. Whether you're just starting out or looking to build hands-on experience, this role offers a strong foundation for a career in quality assurance.

• Perform basic inspections, including first article, in-process, and final checks
• Learn and follow procedures for handling out-of-tolerance parts
• Assist engineers with measuring parts and reviewing dimensions
• Set up and use inspection tools with guidance from senior team members
• Help update documentation for quality systems and processes
• Support internal audits and improvement projects
• Learn how to identify issues and assist with problem-solving activities
• Help maintain tools and keep calibration records up to date

Required:

• Ability to read basic engineering drawings (training provided)
• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
• Comfortable using measuring tools like calipers or micrometers
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Preferred:

• Coursework or training in manufacturing, machining, or quality control
• Basic understanding of GD&T or ISO 9001 principles
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., IQMS) or CMM software (e.g., CALYPSO)
• ASQ certification or technical degree in a related field
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to learn and grow in a technical environment
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain documentation
