Product Quality Inspector – Contract (6–9 Months)
Location: On-site in Anoka, MN
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week 7-4
Pay: up to $28/hour
We have partnered with the industry leader in cake decorations in the north metro and are seeking a Product Quality Inspector. They are in the process of removing synthetic dyes from their edible products and replacing the dyes with natural substitutes that perform differently than synthetic dyes. This requires a significant amount of testing for all edible product lines. Ideally someone with quality control, product testing, stability, or quality assurance experience.
Key Responsibilities- Design and execute product testing parameters
- Document results in Excel and report findings
- Collaborate with QA, R&D, and Product Safety teams
- Minimum 1 year of experience in quality control, stability, or QA (3–5 years preferred)
- Associate’s degree or higher preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams; is a plus)
- Must not be color blind
- Food industry experience is a plus
