We provide exceptional service to our customers in Minneapolis and the surrounding north suburbs for over 30 years. Due to rapid growth, we are looking to add rockstar Lead Installation Technicians to our terrific team! One Hour specializes in residential HVAC service, maintenance, and installation.

As a Lead Installation Technician you would be responsible for the complete satisfactory installation of residential HVAC equipment and accessories. You would also oversee the work of Apprentice Installers to ensure work is performed correctly.

• Install heating, air conditioning, as well as accessories in accordance with manufacturers  specs.
• Braise copper joints without leaks.
• Pull vacuums on refrigerant systems and test for leaks.
• Necessary wiring of low voltage accessories.
• Perform gas work, flue piping, etc.
• Inspection of area for cleanliness after job completion.
• Install duct work in new construction homes.
• Perform start-ups on heating and cooling systems after installation.
• Confirm company vehicle is in safe working order.
• Maintain safe working conditions.
• Ensure company vehicle is properly stocked, and replenish stock as needed.
• Maintain a professional image at all times.
• Must have appropriate trade tools.
