As a member of the mitigation team, you will work directly side by side with the environmental project manager at job sites—residential and commercial. Perform a demolition and clean‑up of structures using hand or power tools and appropriate hazard equipment. Measure, shape, and cut material; set up and track dry‑out equipment; perform a full walk‑through of the process with communication with homeowners.

Ensure quality inspection of finished work.

• Steady hours & all year‑round work
• Monday – Friday schedule (hours may vary; starting time: 7:30 AM)
• 40+ hours per week

• Must respond quickly for emergency situations; candidate should live in or close to Anoka County.
• Must be able to perform basic carpentry skills on interior demolition.
• Valid driver’s license with a clear driving record.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Availability for occasional overtime, sometimes on an emergency basis (on call) and holidays on a rotating schedule.
• Must lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Willingness to work outside in varying temperatures and elements; may be assigned exterior responsibilities such as framing, window installation, and deck building.
• Must be able to work in a team setting.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 5 pm (or until done).
