Public Accounting Recruiter in New York, New Jersey & Connecticut

If you want to leave the Big Firm grind behind, this one could be for you. You’ll be working for Partners who were once in your shoes. They offer what most firms can't: actual work-life balance. Outside tax season, you'll work just 32 hours across 4 days. Even during their busy months, they keep it reasonable. No mandatory Saturdays. January and February max out at 45 hours.

March through April 15th tops at 50 hours. Then back to your 4-day week.

Base pay range

$85,000.00/yr - $/yr

• Small firm feel with Big 4 expertise (most of their team came from top 10 firms)
• Work with ultra-high net worth clients and major businesses (some over $300M revenue)
• Get the boutique experience while working on sophisticated, challenging cases

The work: You'll prepare individual and business tax returns for our premium client base. Plus accounting work like bookkeeping, monthly closes, and year-end financials.

Ideal candidate:
Currently at a larger firm and want something more personal. Tired of the corporate machine. Ready to do meaningful work with real client relationships.
