JR Accountant

Description

DASMEN Residential is seeking a Full Time JR Accountant in Ramsey, NJ. The JR Accountant will oversee the day-to-day accounting operations for our portfolio of multi-family properties. This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive professional with strong accounting knowledge.

• Oversee all accounting functions including A/R, A/P
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Work closely with property managers and regional leadership to support A/R and A/P
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures
• Use Yardi software to manage and analyze financial data
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
• Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges

• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience
• Multi-family experience is a plus
• Proficiency in Yardi is a plus
• Strong knowledge of property management accounting is a plus
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
