Kinetic Rehab & Spine is seeking a highly organized, motivated Administrative Assistant to support daily operations, patient coordination, and community events. This is a full‑time, on‑site role. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.

Responsibilities
  • Manage schedules, emails, and office communication
  • Support billing, patient coordination, and administrative workflows
  • Travel to events/workshops as needed (must have a car)
  • Assist executive and clinical teams with daily tasks
  • Maintain organized systems and supplies
  • Provide excellent customer service to staff and patients
Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Positive, service‑oriented mindset
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable car required
  • Administrative or healthcare office experience preferred
